  • adidas Originals Indoor Super Autumn Colourways

adidas Originals Indoor Super autumn colourways have landed with us.

The brand with the three stripes have delivered two new options in the archival footie inspired adidas Originals Indoor Super silhouette. Although the executions look fairly similar at first glance they most definitely have individual qualities with the 'Bright Blue/Collegiate Navy' colourway being a guaranteed hit in the terraces.

The second adidas Originals Indoor Super colour way is dubbed 'Core Red/Cyber Metallic' and is a little more out there. Metallic detailing isn't for everyone but what this colourway does do wonderfully is pair the Cyber Metallic accents with a 'Clear Brown' upper which softens the shininess and results in a low-key silhouette that transcends with ease to anyones weekly rotation.

  • Converse 70s Autumn Colourways

Converse 70s have arrived for the new season in four colourways.

Since their re-introduction we've all had a pair of Converse 70s in constant rotation - the plush sockliner and thick sidewall are but a couple of reasons we love them so much. This week we see four new colourways arrive, three of which confirm our suspicions that pastels are here to stay indefinitely!

We see three muted options carry the pastel palette that dominated the last season through into the next with two low top options and two classic high tops. We know that there are probably a few of you out there who are a little bit scared of wearing soft coloured shoes so we have a very lovely 'Midnight Navy' colour way too which is begging to be paired with some 501's.

  • The Good Company X Reebok Collection

The Good Company X Reebok collection launches with us September 15th.

Hailing from the China Town district of New York City The Good Company has made its mark on the industry by creating a true community store. In decades gone by retail stores were a place to hang out, talk shit and learn about the good stuff - there was no Instagram and no blogs presenting all that is "cool" and allowing anyone with an internet connection to tap into brands, aesthetics and cultures. The Good Company is a store run in just that way...

The store is a two man operation with both being in the industry for a long time, the now defunct Freed Minds brand hailed from The Good Company camp and the shop shows its ongoing commitment to publications with their Full Court Press imprint.

Reebok have long been associated with underground cultures and have picked up on what the small New York store have been doing teaming up for the The Good Company X Reebok Collection. The classic NPC silhouette gets a Navy/Gum makeup which is carried throughout the entire collection alongside a very New York denim cap

  • Dear Skating X Polar Skate Co. Collaboration

The Dear Skating X Polar Skate Co. collaboration collection launches with us September 14th.

Polar have had that 90's aesthetic since it's inception with the first boards being reminiscent of the World Industries days, as the brand has grown this love affair has continued with a slew of boards and clothing harking back a couple of decades *see Polar 90's jeans.

This affinity for the golden era of skateboarding is shared by Dear Skating, less of a brand and more of one giant homage to 90's skateboarding with unofficial bootlegs of defunct t-shirts and boards inducing a wave of nostalgia for older generations and intriguing the younger generation at the same time.

This week we see the two come together for a Dear Skating X Polar Skate Co. collection boasting artwork by none other than OG World Industries rider Ron Chatman. Ron is favoured as a true creative, he was creating board graphics before World would even let him and later pioneered the short lived ATM Click and 60/40 brands with the Gonz.

Ron's artwork is plastered all over the Dear Skating X Polar Skate Co. collaboration and even features a special Dane Brady board amongst a printed zine and some hand screened stickers, truly an authentic collection of 90s nostalgia.

  • adidas SPEZIAL Fall Winter 17

The adidas SPEZIAL Fall Winter 17 collection lacunas with us September 22nd.

Headed by adidas archive overlord Gary Aspden the SPEZIAL line has grown from what was a very niche segment of customers to a much broader audience. This hasn't happened by changing the mission statement of the line or compromising quality or even choosing a couple of mass-appeal silhouettes - the line has gained popularity due to the genuine passion and love that the team feel for the brand with the three stripes.

We have no doubt the adidas SPEZIAL Fall Winter 17 line is one of the best to date, Gary Aspden himself stated that this season they have moved focus from the apparel range and focussed on delivering (in our opinion) a truly perfect line-up of footwear. The collection is split into two drops, the first comprising of 6 silhouettes...

Alongside the footwear we see a concise but considered collection of essential clothing for those chilly terrace evenings. Versatility is at the forefront of the collections approach to design with multiple reversible garments executed beautifully, often reversible items have one really good side and one boring side - but the SPEZIAL pieces have two excellent sides. Down filled insulation ensures you won't be shivering too hard as the season reaches its peak and adidas Climastorm technology has you covered against whatever the British winter has to throw at you.

  • Nike Air Foamposite Pro

The Nike Air Foamposite Pro in Island Green/Metallic Platinum is available online now.

One of the more recent examples of yesterday's basketball favourites becoming today's sneaker staples, the latest colourway of the Nike Air Foamposite Pro arrives in Island Green - a new shade for the Foamposite franchise.

The silhouette debuted in 1997 and gained a mass following for its revolutionary engineering, the Foamposite technology offering the ability to create intricate avant-guarde uppers that are reminiscent of the super hero costumes we grew up idolising as kids. While some have argued the effectiveness of Foampositie technology the fact remains that Nike continue to progress and evolve what is possible with it, and theres no doubting that the Nike Air Foamposite Pro is an unmistakable silhouette.

Like any sneaker that has transitioned from the sports category to lifestyle it offers a slew of comfy features that have you covered for pretty much anything you're going to get up-to day to day. An internal sleeve ensures a super snug and secure foot form alongside tongue and heel tabs for ease of wear, the silhouette is finished with classic Nike Air sole tech for that ultra responsiveness.

  • adidas NMD Autumn Colourways

Three new adidas nmd colourways release with us online tomorrow.

With the Autumn season upon us we see the brand with the three stripes deliver a trio of new adidas NMD colourways. The NMD_R1, NMD_R2 and NMD_CS2 silhouette are all utilised for this release; with adidas' engineered Primeknit fabrication featuring throughout.

Kicking off the trio of adidas NMD colourways is the very appropriate 'Raw Pink' which looks a lot like the rose bushes we walk past everyday to get to the shop, holding a lovely muted pink tone which is a little easier to wear than some of the more vibrant 'Shock Pink' detailing we have seen utilised recently by the sportswear giants.

Next up is everyone's favourite; the adidas NMD R1. The R1 silhouette conjures parallels to Rayman and Jurassic Park - all three have newer, updated offerings which are all credible in their own right... but they can't take the fond feelings you feel from the OG. Here we see a 'Tactile Green' make-up boasting a metallic thread inter-woven with the super comfy Primeknit fabrication alongside a deep blue tonal BOOST midsole/EVA plug pairing.

Completing the trio of BOOST goodness is the adidas NMD CS2. In our opinion the NMD_CS2 takes the cake when it comes to comfort, although it may not be as eye-catching as the NMD_R1 it most definitely tops it with the less is more approach. The silhouette is essentially one giant Primeknit sock with a squish BOOST sole on the bottom, no itch laces or tongues falling down the side, just pure and simple comfort and functionality. The embroidery detail on the front is a considered touch making it feel and look as though there is something where the laces should be, so you feel like you're wearing a sneaker and not an actual sock...

Three new adidas NMD Autumn colourways launch with us online tomorrow at 11pm..

  • adidas Originals Equipment Summer Colourways pt. 2

Three adidas Originals Equipment styles release with us tonight at midnight...

As the summer comes to an end we welcome three new styles of the world famous EQT line consisting of the Equipment Support, Equipment Support ADV and Equipment Support ADV PK silhouettes.

The adidas Originals Equipment Support ADV silhouette gets kitted out in a muted colour palette with contrast exaggerated stitching that features on the release last week. The upper is dominated by 'Grey One' detailing on the upper, bonded panelling and moulded heel stabiliser paired with tonal lace webbing and adidas tongue branding.

The adidas Originals Equipment Support 93/17 silhouette is up next, the style features archival elements combined with contemporary sensibilities resulting in a modern day classic. We see a Blue coloured suede on the instep paired with EQT Support text detailing which sits in vibrant contrast with the rest of the silhouette.

Completing the trio of boost goodness is the incredibly comfy adidas Originals Equipment Support ADV Primeknit silhouette. This one is the one, a muted upper features the exaggerated stitch detailing on the upper in a subtle grey on white combo whilst the rest of the silhouette follows suit with not one bit of colour present. For those of you that love all white sneakers but want something with just a little more detailing - this is for you...

  • Converse x Chocolate Collaboration Collection

The Converse x Chocolate collaboration collection launches with us September 1st.

With Kenny Anderson being one of converse's OG's it makes total sense they would team up with him and his long time board sponsor Chocolate to bring a concise but skate-ready collection. The colab consists of three footwear options; two colours of the skate friendly CTAS Pro Hi and a single pastel rendition of the infamous One Star Pro.

Kicking off the Converse x Chocolate collection is this classically styled CTAS Pro Hi colour way dubbed Black/Days Ahead/White, it pretty much looks like the silhouette we all know and love but with a very welcome ollie patch on the side and some subtle off-centre embroidery on the tongue.

The other colour way of the Converse x Chocolate CTAS Pro Hi silhouette probably takes the crown for being our favourite - we're just suckers for an all white shoe. As with all models in the collection it is constructed with 100% recycled poly cotton canvas and features a very Chocolate'y red-out All Star patch on the instep.

Rounding off the Converse x Chocolate footwear offerings is an in-store favourite - The One Star Pro. We had been waiting a while for the One Star to return and when it did we we're over the moon, the Cons imprint has released a slew of classic and updated colour ways lately but this one really takes the cake. Simply dubbed 'Yellow' the name is quite fitting, it's pretty much the shoe you need for those last summer days and also has the most visible look the insole artwork by Evan Hecox (former art director at Chocolate and creator of lots of our favourite past graphics).

To compliment the footwear collection we also see a small but considered range of t-shirts and a packable jacket. The Converse x Chocolate collaboration collection launches with us online September 1st...

  • adidas Originals NMD XR1 Triple Grey

The adidas Originals NMD XR1 Triple Grey launches with us September 1st.

Without showing any signs of slowing down adidas Originals continue to build the hugely successful NMD line with the addition of a tonal grey rendition of the XR1 silhouette dubbed the adidas Originals NMD XR1 Triple Grey. Although the NMD_XR1 silhouette may not have as much hype around it as the championed NMD_R1, it most definitely ticks all the boxes needed to become a staple essential in any sneakerheads rotation.

The ultra comfy full-length BOOST midsole is given a space-like metallic update for the adidas Originals NMD XR1 Triple Grey, the rest of the silhouette follows suit featuring a variance of materials from mesh-textile to suede adorning the slick tonal grey colour palette.
