£3 Express Shipping Service  | 1 Working Day

Orders placed by 1pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) with Express Shipping will be prioritised through our dispatch process. They will be shipped with Royal Mail on a Tracked 24 Hour Service & shoes will be pacakged in a box. All orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

Free Shipping | 3-4 working days

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 - orders with free delivery will be packaged in a grey mail bag and shipped with Royal Mail on either a Tracked 48 Hour Service or a First Class Recorded. You should expect delivery within 4 working days. 

EUROPE

European orders are shipped with Royal Mail or UPS (courier determined by destination & parcel size). Both services are tracked and insured and delivery can be expected between 2 - 5 working days from shipping.  Prices are calculated by weight, will be calculated on our site and displayed before checkout. Prices start at just £12.

REST OF WORLD

Orders for delivery outside of Europe are shipped with Royal Mail or UPS (courier determined by destination & parcel size). Both services are tracked and insured and delivery can be expected between 7 - 10 working days from shipping.  Prices are calculated by weight, will be calculated on our site and displayed before checkout. Prices start at just £12.

Please note that we are a small independent company and although we will always endevour to ship to this time frame we will be under pressure during busy shopping periods, please allow an extra couple of days at Christmas and during sale periods.

Possible dispatch delays
*During our sale and busy periods such as release deliveries can take longer.
* If your order is out of stock we will contact you by email or telephone to notify you. 
* If there are some things that we need to verify on your payment details, we will contact you by phone or email.
* Please note we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. 
* We can not be held liable for parcels that are delayed or go missing when the delivery address has been inputted incorrectly or incomplete.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

In the unlikely event of a lost parcel we will either send out a replacement item or refund in full if a replacement is not available. A parcel will not be classed as lost until 20 working days has passed since the parcel's dispatch.
Any items returned to us by the delivery company due to failed delivery because the customer either gave incorrect delivery details or was not at the delivery address when delivery was attempted will be refunded in full less our delivery costs.
