Priority Delivery Service  | 4 - 5 Working Days

Orders placed using our Priority Delivery Service will be prioritised through the dispatch process and will be shipped with Royal Mail on a Tracked (and insured) 24 hour service, shoes will be packaged in a box.

Free Delivery | 6 - 7 Working Days

We offer free delivery on all orders with a value of over £50, orders placed using our Free Delivery Service will be packaged in a grey mail bag and shipped with Royal Mail on either a Tracked 48 hour or First Class Recorded Delivery service.

EUROPE | 5 - 8 Working Days

European orders are shipped with either Royal Mail or UPS (courier determined by destination and parcel size). Both services are tracked and insured and delivery can be expected within 4 - 6 working days of placing an order.  Prices are calculated by weight, will be calculated on our site and displayed before checkout. Prices start at just £12.

REST OF WORLD | 7 - 10 Working Days

Orders for delivery outside of Europe are shipped with either Royal Mail or UPS (courier determined by destination and parcel size). Both services are tracked and insured and delivery can be expected within 7 - 10 working days of placing an order.  Prices are calculated by weight, will be calculated on our site and displayed before checkout. Prices start at just £12.

Possible dispatch delays

* During our sale and busy periods such as release deliveries can take longer.
* We will contact you by email or telephone if items from your order are not available. 
* We will contact you by email or telephone if we need to verify any payment details.
* Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. 
* We can not be held liable for parcels that are delayed or go missing due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address details given when an order is placed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

In the unlikely event of a lost parcel we will either send out a replacement item or refund in full if a replacement is not available.

A parcel will not be classed as lost until 20 working days has passed since dispatch.

Any non delivered items returned to us because the customer either gave incorrect delivery details or was not at the delivery address when delivery was attempted will be refunded in full less our delivery costs.
