RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase as we make every effort to give you the best products and service. However, if you do wish to return any item ordered from The Consortium Store you may do so within 60 days of receiving the item where upon we will be happy to exchange the item for a different size or colour or to issue a full refund (minus initial postage costs). Any item that is returned must be in it's ORIGINAL condition*.
Items are your responsibility until they reach us. When returning any items we recommend, for your own protection, that you use a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods and offers a proof of delivery.
How to make a return:
1. Please contact us by email to let us know that you wish to return your item(s). You can do this at customerservices@consortium.co.uk. Please quote your name, address, order reference number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2. We will issue you with a returns number, by return of email, to include with the returned item(s).
3. Items to be returned must be in 'as new' condition, with all original packaging, labeling and full receipt. We cannot accept goods back that have been worn, washed, ironed, tumble dried or used*.
4. Any costs incurred in returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the item(s) and offers a proof of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until an employee of The Consortium Store has signed for the delivery.

*Note: All items must be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Shoes will not be accepted if there is any evidence that they have been worn, even if only for a short period. When trying on shoes please do so indoors and if they don't fit or you don't like them take them off and put them in the box ready to be returned. Due to the nature of skateboarding we are unable to accept any returned broken skateboards.
