Like their Batten-Down Parka, their Batten-Down Vest is made at a military-grade factory in Japan using excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Their down/feather-cleaning regimen uses local, mineral-rich Japanese waters that remove pollutants and create a maximum "fluff effect" that makes the item extra light and comfy.
