The LG2 was first introduced with the SS22 SPZL range and is a continuation of the original Spezial Liam Gallagher from FW19. The silhouette itself is a combination of archival squash and indoor shoes.

These LG2 SPZL Shoes have a nylon upper, flock 3-Stripes, suede overlays and leather on the eyestay and heel collar. Green accents do more than just depart from the expected shades of white of the first two LG SPZL releases, they also pay homage to the classic adidas Country shoes. The tooling consists of an EVA die-cut midsole, an asymmetrical toe guard and a rubber outsole. Branding is visible on the tongue, with an "Endorsed by Liam Gallagher" graphic and a classic mod Trefoil on the heel.
