The Air Jordan 1 basketball shoe was adopted by a generation of skateboarders back in the 1980s and played an integral role in the development of skateboard specific footwear.
There has been much speculation over the possibility of a Nike SB x Jordan collaboration for some time and the Nike SB Air Jordan 1 is probably the most highly anticipated Nike SB release to date.
The first colourway of the Nike SB Air Jordan 1 skate shoe has been created by multimedia artist Craig Stecyk with a nod to his 'Northwest Passage' art installation.
Nike SB Jordan 1 worldwide release on Saturday 15th March 2014.
Further Nike SB Jordan 1 releases are set to drop throughout 2014.
