First designed in 1973 as a basketball shoe, the Nike Blazer was adopted by skaters in the 90s when they realised they were ideal for Skateboarding. In 2005, Lance Mountain collaborated with Nike to add in a padded tongue and Air Insole, making the Nike Blazer the Nike SB Blazer, recognising the silhouette as a skateboarding shoe. The Nike SB Blazer has since maintained its spot as a go-to skate shoe, with its breathability, padded support and durable designs.

The Nike SB Zoom Blazer Low GT is composed of an off white, light thistle suede upper with gold leather wrap around swooshes. Both side panels have small perforated stars which aid breathability on and off the board. Subtle stitch detailing also adds an extra decorative element to the simple silhouette. The back of the shoe sees a white leather heel moustache, with club gold Nike branding. Flat white laces lay over a sewn-in padded white tongue keeping the tongue in place even when putting the shoes to the test on the board. Inside, a padded perforated leather collar gives way to a blue inner sole. The Nike SB Zoom Blazer has a Zoom Air midsole, which when combined with a vulcanised rubber sole provides everything you look for in a skate shoe. The Nike SB blazer is designed to keep you comfortable but bolstered on and off the board.

Formed of an off white suede, the Nike SB Blazer Zoom Mid is designed with blue wrap around swooshes. Each side panel has triple perforations and stitching that adds a subtle design element which cuts through the swoosh in a geometric fashion. The Blazer has a mid-top heel moustache with Nike branded embroidery in blue that matches the swooshes. At the front of the shoe, flat white laces lay over a white mesh tongue with further Nike SB branding in blue. Inside, the collar is fully padded in breathable mesh, giving your ankle ample support on the board. The foam insole gives way to a Nike SB Zoom Air unit cased in a rubberised outer sole with herringbone detailing. Since becoming a skate shoe in 2005, the Blazer has maintained its spot as an all-round shoe that is great for skating, but also easy to wear all day.
