Nike Air Cross Trainer 3 Low

Nike Air Cross Trainer 3 Low in Neptune Green and Racer Blue are releasing with us online Thursday 28th May at 8am BST.

Pulling from its footwear archives once more, Nike's newest release harks back to the 1980s heyday of the cross-training shoe. First introduced in 1990 the Nike Air Cross Trainer was most associated with Bo Jackson, the only professional athlete in history to be named an All-Star in both baseball and football. Bringing us Bo Jackson's favourite shoe once more, the classic silhouette has been updated in white with splashes of Neptune Green, Racer Blue, black, and grey. The cross-training shoe proved popular in the 80s and 90s with sportswear fashion taking form and sneaker culture well and truly underway. The Nike Air Cross Trainer 3 Low, now with a modern Nike Air unit, performs on all terrains.

The Air Cross Trainer 3 Low, has a distinct 80s vibe with an upper formed of white leather, zigzag shaped leather overlays, and a perforated toe box. The shoes side panels have perforated panelling with a leather swoosh wrapping round to Nike Air embroidery on the heel moustache which compliments the retro Nike branding on the tongue. Flat white laces sit over a padded tongue with rubber detailing around the top and bottom eyelets.

A well-padded collar and a white Nike Air branded insole sits inside the shoe, providing the ultimate support and comfort you'd expect from a Cross Training shoe. At the back of the shoe, a coloured element of the outsole highlights detailing around the shoe, tieing the design together. The Cross Trainer benefits from Nike Air technology and a grippy white sole.

Both colourways of the Nike Air Cross Trainer 3 Low are releasing with us online this Thursday 28th May at 8am BST.
