The Consortium Store endeavors to ensure all prices are accurate however should a situation occur where a price has been incorrectly quoted we will notify you before any order is processed.
RETURNS
The Consortium Store hopes that all of its customers are happy with their purchases. If the product(s) The Consortium Store delivers are not what you ordered or are defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know as soon as possible and The Consortium Store will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with its Returns Policy.

All UK orders will be dispatched via royal mail special delivery for delivery next working day, with the exception of outlying areas (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and the following postcodes - HS1-HS9, IV21-IV56, KA27, KW5-KW17, PA20-PA78, PH30-PH44, TR21-TR25, ZE1-ZE3).
Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.
WORLDWIDE
Worldwide orders will be dispatched with royal mail who aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Please be aware all goods require a signature upon delivery.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order, we make every effort to give you the best products and best mail order service. However, if you do wish to return an item you may do so within seven days of receiving the item where upon we will be happy to issue a full refund(minus initial postage costs) or exchange the item for another size / colour. Items should be returned in their ORIGINAL condition*.
Items are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
How to return your order:
1. Please contact us, either by writing or preferably by email to tell us that you wish to return your product. You can do this at store@consortium.co.uk please quote your name, address and order reference number plus why you wish to return it.
2. We will issue you with a returns number, by return of email, to include with the products when you send it back. You cannot return any items with out a valid returns number.
3. Items to be returned must be in 'as new' condition, with all original packaging, labeling and full receipt. We cannot accept goods back that have been noticeably worn, washed, ironed, tumble dried or used*.
4. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when it arrives back here so you have proof that it was delivered. We cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until an employee of The Consortium Store has signed for the delivery. Again, when returning products we advise you to insure them for the retail price.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
