The Vans Old Skool, or style number 36 as they were referred to back in the day, was a style introduced in the late 1970's.
The Vans Old Skool was the first style to feature the now classic Vans side stripe as well as a suede toe and heel for extra durability, and padded cuff adopted from both the Era and Classic Slip-On.
