The Nike Air Vortex was originally released in 1985 and was part of the Nike V-Series collection.
There were three running shoe silhouettes within the Nike V-Series, with each shoe offering runners different features - the Vengeance was incredibly lightweight, the Venture provided unparalleled support, and the Vortex took cushioning to the next level.
